Our Standards
We are fully regulated and bonded as members of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers) and as such subscribe to the highest ethical and professional standards. We are also a full member of TEGoVA (European Group of Valuers Association) which represents the leading professional bodies in real estate valuation across Europe. We complete valuations to the European Valuations Standard of the ‘Blue Book’.
PSRA Codes Of Practice
From the 6th July 2012 all estate agents legally operating in Ireland are regulated and licensed by the Property Services Regulatory Authority, also known as the PSRA. The PSRA published a Code of Practice which licenced agents must abide to. This Code sets out the minimum ethical standards and procedures that clients should expect from licenced agents. Wheeler Auctioneers are licenced by the PSRA and have built on the standards set down in their Code of Practice.
Wheeler Auctioneers provide all staff with information and training to assist them to meet the legal obligations imposed on them through the various pieces of legislation e.g. PSR Act, 2011, Criminal Justice (Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing) Act 2010 and the European Union (Energy Performance of Buildings) Regulations 2012. Compliance levels are monitored on a monthly basis and fed back into senior management as well as each business unit. Wheeler Auctioneers are available as a resource to clients should they have any queries on how the legislation affects them as users of the services of a licenced property service provider.

Data Collected by Wheeler Auctioneers
Given the nature of the Services that we provide to you, we are obliged to collect personal information from you including but not limited to: name, address, email addresses, date of birth, bank account details and identity documentation. Your personal information given to us will be hosted with our internet service provider on Wheeler Auctioneers behalf. By using the Services you consent to the transmission of your personal data to our internet service provider so that it can be hosted and stored securely.
We will use same to provide you with the Services relating to property sale and purchases, to contact you by phone or email as requested and to generally, respond to your queries and requests for information.
